ADDITIONAL NOTES:

When I'd read on wikipedia that East Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg neighborhood was kid-friendly, and "one of the few places in Germany where there has actually been a baby boom in recent years," I didn't think it would be as crowded with kids and babies as it was... by the end of our walk through the local street market, we were calling Prenzlauer Berg, "Stroller Berg."
