ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Greece: In both Athens and Santorini, we were struck by the large amount of stray dogs that were laying uncared for in the streets. Along the open roads, day or night, we had to make sure that we didn't hit them in the car. Most didn't beg for food. They went about their business or slept in the streets undisturbed by the people who walked around them.

Oh man, that last picture is gold. You know, in Israel there are stray cats everywhere, it's so wierd.

I *love* this set. When I was in China I took tons of photos of dogs on the street. Most were not stray though, as they tend to cull them. Thailand and the rest of SE Asia has a similar problem with stray dogs everywhere. But usually they are the twiggy street type. Not like #3 and the last one. Too cute. And sad too.
