The term brocante refers to bric-a-brac, antiques, or swap meet goods, and Paris is famous for them. Exhibit A: vide-greniers.org, an up-to-date list of vide-greniers (translated as "empty attics") in Paris.

The black and white effect, gives this set a creepy look. Still, rather visually appealing.

rion, i am so jealous that you live in paris. such beautiful photo's you've taken too. i am very sad i didn't get a chance to meet up with you... next trip! because i must go back soon! do you miss nyc at all?
