ADDITIONAL NOTES:

If you read my site semi-regularly, you may know i really enjoy natural history museums, so of course I'd want to visit Tokyo's recently refurbished Natural Science Museum in Ueno Park.

Overall, I'd say the Tokyo Natural Science Museum doesn't compare to the previous ones I've visited, but there are three great things that it has to offer: 1. it has a wonderfully massive collection of fossils; 2. it has an entire section devoted to hands-on science activities for kids; 3. they know how to display stuff with some fab glow lighting.

Wow, I love your museum photos! In this set my favorite is the last one. I remember you've done another set with beatles, etc. I love all types of museums.

My favorite NH museum ever is in Oxford. www.oum.ox.ac.uk/index.htm It's small but really strange. If you're ever up there- check it out.
