ADDITIONAL NOTES:
With spectators and participants numbering at around 800,000, the 2006 Gay Pride Parade in Paris, France was large and in charge across the city. And though the parade showed off many fabulous costumes from Montparnasse to Place de la Bastille, the majority of those walking promoted political themes thorugh signs, shirts, chants and dance music:"Marchers called for greater equality, the legalisation of same sex civil marriages and the right for homosexual couples to adopt children." -- bbc news.
More pride from Paris: Cosentino's Gay Pride 2006 Flickr set, and another shot from me with a slightly different visual take.

Lovely set of photos. You have captured the personality so well.
Absolutely wonderful shots. I went to the SF gay pride and I wish my shots had been as good as yours.

Very vibrant and beautiful photos. I like how close you got in on the people... may I asked what lens you used? I never get good parade shots for some reason.
Your street shots are amazing. I loved the Brooklyn ones.
