ADDITIONAL NOTES:

On the Chambers Street steps of City Hall Tweed Courthouse, former New York City Mayor David Dinkins backs a small press conference on his meeting with city officials to keep the Board of Education from evicting the Boys Choir of Harlem. Mr. Dinkins was recently appointed the choir's interim chairman to lead the organization beyond its financial and managerial troubles. More on the story here at ny1.
