Lovely atmospheric silhouettes. The couple in the second photograph remind me of Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder in a scene filmed here in The Producers!
Some of the best pics I've seen here. Great use of the colours...love it. The close ups of the water blow me away. Nice work.
love this series jenn! it's amazing how the silhouettes can capture the mood of the scene so well.
i hate to sound like a broken record, but these photos look amazing! beautiful silhouettes, especially the last one.
rion -- really like the new link system you've got on the bottom :) oh! i gave in to temptation and got that new lens ... couldn't resist after trying yours out ... telling myself it's a belated bday present.
Rion this is a beautiful set. Wonderful use of silhouettes.
the shadows, shapes, and most of all the unique color on these are spectacular. also the way you caught the water so it almost looks like ice stalagmites in some kind of cave. except the last shot, which for some reason brings overflowing beer taps to mind! beautiful work.
wow! love these photos. really elegant shots. :D
These are beautiful -- i love how the third one looks like an ice forest. I see this fountain everyday and you've managed to make it look completely new and exciting. Thanks :)
Great silhouette work. I really like the second one, the man with the hat is striking. Nice work.
its so beautiful, lucky duck
wow. i'm amazed at the sharpness of the third foto! and how well frozen in time it is.
I really like the last one. It has some sort of "emoness" and also great silhouette. Awesome job..
this is some of your best work - really love it.
i always wanted to buy myself a camera and take pictures of water like that... fell like crying went i see these pics... cos u somesort realised my dream b4 i can afford a camera...
How were you able to shoot these without the use of a tripod? I've been told on several occasions that tripod use was forbidden on the plaza at Lincoln Center.
