nothing like spending a sunday afternoon reading (love #4) or riding your bicycle around town.

great series. I can't wait for the leaves to start turning...

sorry to reference one of the worst movies in recent memory, but the 9723 and 9723 remind me of the only funny scene in charlie's angels movie: "flip your f*cking hair!" and the two guys are now looking at her! classic. nice use of focus too.

is the bottom shot in barnes & noble astor place?

So good. Congrats. Simple, very meaningful.

Do you ever feel self concious about photographing people? I'm always worried about what people will think or do if I snap a shot at them. Especially know that some people HATE having their photo taken.

totally agree with becca. love the pictures of the woman on 49th street n/r platform. her expression+movement was priceless.

beautiful shots -- and what a beautiful day it was sunday too! i was in town this weekend for 48 hours and spent much of the time wandering the streets of midtown taking pictures as well. hope to be back soon for more!

I've been a constant for your photographic excursions ever since this site was first put up years ago (I think the layout was blue...) and I'm still a big fan. I feel like I'm there; inside the metro station, at the park, in front of the fruit stand...

bravo. Your photographs make the moment much better.

Your photos are achingly lovely. They capture so perfectly what I love about New York.
